Please take note of the following:

  1. Collection of Data

    By providing your information above, you hereby agree that the Organiser and its agencies, affiliates, and any other parties directly involved in organising SICC2024 may collect, use, disclose and store your data for the following purposes:

    • For the purpose of administering the event, marketing and promotional activities related to the event, SNIC and the promotion of Chemistry in Singapore. If you are note agreeable, please refrain from submitting this form.
    • Legal purposes where necessary, including investigation or proceeding.
    • The appointed event organiser or Singapore International Chemistry Conference (SICC) committee may contact you via email or mobile for any notifications related to the SICC-12 event.
    • The collection of information is aligned to and is in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act – 2012 (PDPA).
  2. Registration

    All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

    • Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fees
    • For Credit Card: Payment will be made through Spark Planners Pte Ltd, the appointed event organiser via STRIPE.
    • Your registration will only be processed and confirmed after payment has been received.

    Payment

    For credit card payments, bank charges are payable by registrants, including merchant charges imposed by STRIPE at the time of payment. For telegraphic transfer from foreign banks, registrant must bear the transaction charges imposed by the local/foreign bank.

    • Please ensure that the conference name, “SICC-12 2024” and the “name of the participant” are stated in the remarks during the process of payment via Bank Transfer.
    • All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fee.
    • A screenshot/completed remittance advice of the Bank Transfer should be emailed to the Conference Secretariat, Ms Sylvia Chan, at secretariat@sicc12.org.

    For any corrections to your registration, please contact the conference secretariat immediately at secretariat@sicc12.org. The organiser reserves the right to modify the content (including timings) of the programme without prior notice.

  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations must be received in writing via email at secretariat@sicc12.org with the subject line “CANCELLATION”, no later than 1 October 2024. All refunds will be on a case-by-case basis, and there will be an administration fee of SGD 80 and bank charges (if any) will be borne by the applicant.
    • There will be no refunds after 1 October 2024.
    • No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
  4. Photography & Videography

    Professional Photography will take place during the event. By participating in the event, you are consenting for Singapore International Chemistry Conference (SICC) and its partners to use the images and videos for any form of publicity such as website, media and publication purposes.
